“Loved the room. Clean and spacious. Loved the hot water in shower. Loved the variety of TV channels. Loved the friendly courteous staff.”

“I was a little disappointed. This hotel was more expensive than most of the hotels it was around and so I expected a better experience. Although some of the staff was kind- none of them seemed to know their process for ordering food at the pool. They told me I could order with QR code. There weren't any. They said there was lunch- the restaurant then told me it was only brunch. I was also told multiple times that parking was included and then it wasn't- with no apology for the false...

“Clean and quiet”

“The property was as pictured, but the place wasn’t as clean. There was dust lined along the walls where the vents were, the shower curtain rod had to be placed up with random objects to keep from falling. The microwave didn’t work, called and was told maintenance would come no one did. It was a last minute booking but wasn’t expecting the last minute things that were overlooked.”
