Hotel vicino a South Walton Visitor Center - Santa Rosa Beach

“We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

“We love The Hibiscus. We always stay in The Big Easy room which is spacious and not connected to the rest of the property. We decided to stay an extra night and it was already booked. The owner helped us by booking us into one of the flats. Game changer. Now we want to come back in the fall and stay longer. The flats have more room and a full kitchen. This boutique inn is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back. It is rare in this area to stay at a place where you can walk to the beach and...

“Not up to Drury standards across the board.! Very disappointed. Not enough staff, elevators dirty hallways outside elevators dirty. Cobwebs hanging from lights. Handprints on EVERYTHING. SOAP SCUM ON SHOWER DOORS....EVERYTHING FELT GRIMY and unkept. Drury must have purchased the Springhill Suites and inherited their staff as well. Will never stay at this place again.”
