La Bella Vita a South West Rocks

La Bella Vita si traduce letteralmente in "bella vita", ed è la fuga ideale per la famiglia: è a pochi passi da pub, club, negozi e dalle magnifiche spiagge locali che solo la costa nord ha da offrire.

La struttura è una moderna casa a 2 piani con 3 camere da letto nel cuore di South West Rocks. La camera da letto principale dispone di aria condizionata, TV con lettore DVD e bagno privato. Le due camere al piano superiore dispongono anche di aria condizionata e TV. Il bagno principale è spazioso con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Puoi portare la tua biancheria o pagare una piccola tassa per avere i letti fatti e pronti per il tuo arrivo.

La cucina offre tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui una lavastoviglie e una macchina da caffè Nespresso. Niente come un caffè per iniziare la giornata fresca, o una lavastoviglie per rilassarsi nel totale relax.

La zona giorno rivolta a nord dispone di un televisore a schermo piatto da 50 pollici, lettore DVD e Wifi. È anche disponibile una grande libreria di libri, giochi e DVD. Questa zona giorno si apre su una superba sala da pranzo all'aperto con barbecue Manzo, frigo bar e grande tavolo da pranzo in legno con copertura per ombra di qualità da ristorante. Un ottimo posto per riflettere e rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori, o per recuperare un po 'di lettura.

La Bella Vita consente a tutti i membri della famiglia di prendersi del tempo libero dal trambusto della vita normale. La modalità vacanza può essere attivata senza sforzo e tutti godranno di una fantastica vacanza nell'atmosfera di un meraviglioso villaggio sul mare rilassato e rilassante. È così bello, anche le vacanze dei proprietari lì!

The property was spotless when we arrived. Elders Lifestyle who manage the property are very professional and very prompt to answer any questions you may have. A 300 metre walk to the centre of town, beaches and restaurants. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. It is in a quiet area and also a 500 metre to the Country Club. Chop and Chill is a great cafe to have any meal and is only 300 metres from this villa. For a quiet afternoon drink overlooking the ocean the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club is great.

Reviewer Comments: If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g. Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.

The location was very convenient- just a 2 minute walk from South West Rocks town center. The only criticism I had was rain runoff dripping very loudly on the aircon unit outside the main bedroom. But all in all an excellent experience

absoutly delightful

Perfect situation so close, walking distance to beach, shops, cafe, resturants. Yet is was quiet and restful. Was full of comfort and space.

The Townhouse was two blocks from the beach. Parked the car for two weeks everything that we needed was within walking distance. The unit itself had everything and more quality furniture, aircon & tv’s in every room.

Good location. Plenty of space. Clean and tidy.

Great set up for a family. Our two kids were happy with the two single beds in their bedroom. Comfortable beds in the other two rooms although a King size would have suited my wife and me much better. A larger lounge would have also been preferable. Apart from these minor issues, the unit was set up well. Everything required was supplied (apart from the linen that we hired) and the kitchen was functional. We would definitely stay here again. The unit’s location was also very handy for walking to town, beaches and the club.
