This charming one-bedroom apartment in Southford/Southbury, CT strikes the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Just steps from a variety of restaurants, it offers an ideal location. The open-concept living space is designed for both relaxation and practicality, while the well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances. The bedroom offers a serene retreat with plenty of space, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom adds the finishing touch to the unit.

The apartment sits on the first floor and is 800 sq ft. with its own private entrance.

Easy access to RT-84 enables the utmost convenience for the duration of your stay. Also, you'll have easy access to a variety of dining locations including The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford pizza, Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, and Dunkin Donuts, just steps away. The apartment is a short drive or walk from Southford Falls State Park, which makes this a great location for those interested in hiking and enjoying nature.

Pets are allowed for a fee of $80 per stay and as long as they behave.

The apartment is close to a main road, so the only noise might be from some cars driving by. However, once inside the apartment it's pretty quiet.

This is a beautiful place to stay. I loved the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances like a kcup machine and coffee pods and everything was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. Check-in was a little difficult because the door wasn’t labeled the same way the surrounding doors were labeled so I had some trouble finding it but the owner called me that evening to help me find the correct door. The AC was strong and consistent and the couch was comfy. The only thing I don’t remember reading about is that it’s above a lounge and bar - so while I expected some noise from the other reviews, I didn’t expect pounding bass until 1am. If it wasn’t a weekend I think it probably would have been less noisy but overall it was still a good stay and I’d consider staying here again.

Longer stay

Overall we had a great stay, the split unit air conditioner stopped working after a few days but the property manager quickly resolved the problem as temperatures were rising. Kitchen in the apartment is equipped for a long stay as it had most of what we needed. Would recommend.

Over all a great place. Nice to have everything on one floor. Dogs loved it. Some businesses in the building and everyone is friendly!
