“Honestly, I typically love Best Western, but I had a horrible experience. I ALWAYS book through Expedia and they are absolutely wonderful. However, I did not get the room I booked, and got an ADA accessible room. It would have been fine, if I could fit under the shower head, and if the entire room didn’t reek of mold. “It looks like maintenance is in need of a lot. So many dings in moldings, doors and furniture in room. Internet not working, could not use tv. Directions on how to use tv referred to a button to use on the remote to connect to tv, but no button by that name was on the remote. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy. The paint job in the hallway ( dark blue) showed large drips on to door molding which was a lighter color. Will not stay there again.”
