Cottage a Southeast Massachusetts

“The view was breathe taking and the space was small yet comforting. The little label reminders were very helpful. The suggestion for things to were great. Wish week had more time to try the different places. Was an overall amazing stay would stay again.”

“Place was very cute, nicely decorated and updated. Views were beautiful from the deck! Mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable dipping in the center so we kept rolling into the middle.”

“Amazingly clean, comfortable and a great location. We didn’t want to leave!”

“The property was perfectly maintained. The house was clean, and very on brand for the Nantucket vibe. Super close to Town and anything you’d wanna see on island, plus directly across from the Shuttle Depot. Kerstin was fast to respond and helpful, would definitely recommend Samtucket 100%.”

“This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i ”

“Good location, very comfortable place.Easy walk to main st and lots of restaurants.”

“Stayed in this charming cottage for 6 years now and totally love it. Great fenced in backyard for our dog. Clean. And the owner Bill so great to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beach down the street. We love it!!Looking forward to many more years here!”

“Great last minute getaway”

“We had a wonderful week at The Velvet Crab. Tara and the Heart of the Cape crew were attentive to any message we sent and the house was a perfect location to explore the outer cape. We loved how close we were to both the bay and ocean beaches and the whole family, dog included, loved lounging at the pond’s edge. We’re sorry to have to leave!”

“would stay here again”

“The host was nice. The home was very clean.”

“So many spooktacular details. Loved the decor and wall paper. Coffee was Nespresso, I drank coffee, listened to records and read about Wicked Salem: legends and lore. It’s a witchy paradise!”

“Fantastic location. One small hiccup with the electronic/key based locks, but the host was quick to respond and help us out! Would definitely recommend to others.”
