“Everything was great”

“Everything about this hotel was great. Staff, rooms, pool area-everything. The fridge in my room didn’t seem to be working, and after alerting front desk maintenance was there with a new fridge within 10 minutes! Transferred everything over and they were extremely pleasant.”

“Great check-in experience staff was very helpful in providing options for transportation to the cruise port. Helpful with providing dinner options and made our stay enjoyable.”

“The staff had issues checking us in so they gave us an upgrade. The upgrade was a balcony that faced the inside of the hotel. There were people laughing and carrying until after 11 p.m. on a Monday night. There were no wash cloths or blow dryer in the room and the air never really worked.”
