Hotel a Southeast Orlando

“The breakfast was great! The chairs around the pool weren't great and alot of them were broken. The hot tub was completely boarded up with tape and that wasn't advertised. The elevators worked but were very bumpy and old looking. The staff is wonderful and helpful which makes up for the quality of the hotel.”

“Everything was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, but the shuttle service definitely needs an upgrade. Had to wait an hour for my shuttle to arrive and the airport. The bus didn’t even have “Hilton” labeled on the bus which is very confusing. The next morning the shuttle was planned for 10:35am but it was still late. I believe the shuttle service needs to be revised. Overall a good experience. ”
