“Camere ampie e pulite. Comodo parcheggio. Piccola colazione ma gradita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicino all'ingresso del parco. Purtroppo non ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, occorre andare fino a Carlsbad. ”

“Upon arrival our room was not ready they were very apologetic and because we travel enough to know sometimes like this happen. We decided to go have an early dinner and came back and all was well. Rooms were very clean, beds were exceptional. The breakfast they provide was beyond anything we were expecting and the supervisor or woman in charge walked around asking if everything was ok and could she get anyone anything …what! Amazing and so glad we picked The Holiday Inn Express”

“The facility felt safe. nice clean establishment very friendly staff. clean and comfortable room. the pool was good. breakfast was good and the recommendations at the front desk for Intown eating was good. 👍👍highly recommend!”

“The breakfast was not great…sausages like hockey pucks and underdone potatoes. The coffee was also very weak relative to the brands they were touting to be serving. The hot tub was foamy which suggests they needed a little more maintenance. The rooms were clean, but it was curious that furniture was removed. There were not enough seats in a suite for the four of us that were staying there.”

“Breakfast needs improvement no variety very very basic not like mentioned on post ..there was hard time getting someone in front desk had to be waiting every time noone present ..I stayed multiple nights service never went to clean or ask if anything was needed and again front desk always alone so didnt want to waste time waiting for someone to say I needed fresh towels”

“Clean room. Tub/shower combo. Laminate flooring instead of carpet. Nice lobby, had ice water available for the guests. Free breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and other standard choices. Heated indoor pool Only con. They were redoing their roof so there were stacks of roofing material in the parking lot”

“Nice historic property. Water pressure in shower very low extremely hard water (not fault of hotel just the area I suppose). Overall nice stay”
