“I was charged an extra fee by the hotel that was not on the Expedia bill. The hotel staff kept trying to explain to me that it was Expedia's fault. They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. “My family and I liked the property, and the location is very convenient since it is close to many places. The room itself was good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . “The room was absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even set my luggage down. The smell was horrendous, the staff was rude, I wouldn’t even bathe my dog in that shower, they charged us extra for parking that wasn’t even close. The floors and bed were visibly dirty. I felt like I walked right into a bad horror movie. Absolutely disgusting— I’m not sure how they even stay in business. I found another hotel and did not get a refund. ”
