Welcome to our spacious 1930s semi-detached house, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Southchurch, Southend, this charming home combines classic features with modern amenities, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. This home is professionally managed by Pass The Keys, and has excellent Wi-Fi.

Situated just a short drive from the beach and the popular Southend Pier, this home is an ideal base for exploring the area. Whether you’re visiting the seaside, exploring local parks, or enjoying nearby shops and restaurants, you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

Guest have access to the entire home, but no access to the out building

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Clean and functional, lovely backyard with wildlife. Walkable to the beach strand through estate housing. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Great seating in front room.
