“What a lovely hotel. We stay in Southend a lot - the place we used to stay at closed, so this was our first time trying somewhere new. We are so pleased with our choice. The staff are lovely, the rooms clean & comfortable, & the breakfast is a stand-out. We can’t wait to go back. Thoroughly recommended. ”

“The room was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was 10/10, had to wait a max probably 10 mins for food each time. The service was just top tier. The room was so clean and tidy, and trust me the bed was so comfortable, you could literally just sink into it. Spa was so relaxing and quiet. You can order drinks to your lounger.
