Cottage a Southend-on-Sea

“Lovely stay and great location. Easy check in and no complaints from us. I would stay here again.”

“The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!”

“This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the cottage and always enjoy our stay.. the owners of the property are welcoming and friendly.. always offer clean towels.. leave a nice welcome pack”

“What a great place to stay. Anyone wanting to stay in the country side and be able to go any where in Kent, this cottage is a must. The cottage has everything you needWe had an amazing week Thanks”

“Property was lovely and totally suited our needs - no fighting over rooms as they were all spacious with lovely en-suites !! Check in was hassle free with an entrance code. Tea coffee and milk was supplied. There were a few stains on the sofas but everything else was spotless. ”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Räume waren sehr hell, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.”

“Excellent location with own parking space and immediate access to the high street and less than a 5 minutes walk to the seafront - Tankerton is another ten minutes along the seaside path. Cottage itself spotlessly clean - idea for a small family.”

“A lovely cottage with everything we needed. ”

“Sadly we found the traffic noise quite intrusive.”

“A very picturesque and quiet location. The hosts were very friendly and were there if we needed anything. They have thought of absolutely everything you could need and the cottage was immaculate. We would thoroughly recommend a vacation here and we would definitely stay again.”

“A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.”

“Clean tidy”

“Very comfortable house, easy for 6 people, well equipped kitchen. Hospitable hosts. Is a barn so there's some spiders and flies. But overall great house. Quite area, lovely views.”

“Very Nice location, excellent for dogs, good area, maybe a sun umbrella for sunny days would be nice. For tall people the bed is a bit small. Overall a very nice stay.”
