“Our room was clean bright and had a lovely sea view. All staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Dinner and breakfast were both exceptional. Will definitely be returning.”

The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. “Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

“The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”

“Basic room, not so comfy bed and very dated but staff were really friendly, room was big and patio doors opened onto quiet green. Lot's of storage and a huge range of channels on the TV. Felt able to relax really well. Food in restaurant fine, again bar and dining room very dated but good choice on menu and big portions. Enjoyed the privacy and the challet type room. We would definitely stay there again.”
