Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. Can’t rooms be checked before the customers’ arrival?”
