The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. “What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck.
