“Nice hotel, very pleasant and professional staff”

“We stayed for a week. Great, safe area. We walked to French Quarter and Mardi Gras World. Close to Cable Car line. The Crepe Shop below is yummy! Washer and dryer was a plus. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would stay here again. ”

“I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful.”

“Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). My problems are that it wasn’t that clean - the hallways are dirty, residents place their trash in the hallways, and the walls are scuffed both in the hallways and the rooms. “L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”
