“We had a couple of room problems at check-in, but Donovan took care of us and got us an agreeable suite. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, in sink disposal and china and utensils. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall it was ideal for our 3 day visit.”

“Avrei voluta dare 5 stelle, ma causa di tre inconvenienti ne ho date solo 4. 1. La tenda della finestra era bloccata e quindi non si poteva regolare. 2. Non mi hanno riordinato la camera. 3. La luce del letto per la lettura non funzionava. ”

“The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.”

“Vent fan rattles when it's turned on. Poor lighting throughout room, most all lighting in low level? No comfortable one person chairs, preferably recliner. two person love seat bottoms out, older people have trouble getting up and out of these types of seats. No support Bars around commode in bathroom. Breakfast was 2nd rate, warmed over eggs and sausage”

“Great location. Walking distance everything on Main Street and only 2 blocks from the Louisville Slugger Museum. Breakfast was outstanding as were the beds. Pool was small but enough for two young boys to blow off some steam. Jake at the front desk went above and beyond on many occasions! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Già al momento del check in mi sono stati dati solo due voucher per la colazione, mentre la mia prenotazione era per quattro persone, parcheggio piccolo, la colazione consisteva in un caffè e farm breakfast, non si potevano fare modifiche e il resto era tutto a pagamento ”

“Great stay, right in the heart of the 4th Street live party. Free hot breakfast, free happy hour cocktails. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful lobby, several elevators. CVS is attached and to the hotel for any last minute needs. Highly recommended.”
