“Avrei voluta dare 5 stelle, ma causa di tre inconvenienti ne ho date solo 4. 1. La tenda della finestra era bloccata e quindi non si poteva regolare. 2. Non mi hanno riordinato la camera. 3. La luce del letto per la lettura non funzionava. ”

“There was only 1 pic on the Expedia site of the hotel. I saw more pictures on Google maps . When we arrived at the nice Hotel we were told the hotel has been split into 2 separate hotels. The nice one in the pictures and the Derby Hotel around back. This hotel is not maintained. There was a hole in the floor in our room that seemed to be just covered with vinyl flooring. The bathroom was dirty. There are steep concrete stairs to enter the hotel. From the vehicles in the parking lot it looked...

“The room was Ok, just a place to sleep. It was relatively clean. The pool was not in service and there was no notice on the site, (we have kids and it was really the only reason we stayed here). Spent $10 to do 2 loads of clothes (only 1 washer, 2 dryers, and they still didn't get fully dry). The "breakfast" was thoroughly unimpressive. Overall, Skip this place unless all you need to do is sleep.”

“Già al momento del check in mi sono stati dati solo due voucher per la colazione, mentre la mia prenotazione era per quattro persone, parcheggio piccolo, la colazione consisteva in un caffè e farm breakfast, non si potevano fare modifiche e il resto era tutto a pagamento ”

“The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, we did not have a five star experience. Upon entering our room, there was hair in one of the sink bowls, and when we came back from Hamilton, our room was very warm. They sent a maintenance man in to reset their conditioner, and he was great to work with, however, we ended up sleeping with no covers in a very warm room. As a whole the facility was warm also.”
