Everything was above and beyond other places we have rented because of the obvious thought and care the owners used it putting it all together. Above expectations for classiness. ”

“What a great stay! We needed some peace and quiet and Tanglewood absolutely fit the bill for us. The property is beautiful - the horses, chickens, bunny, and cats. We stayed in the Horse Hound suite and it was well appointed, extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. Great place to chill and relax. The farm is also a very short drive to downtown Southern Pines which has a great selection of shops and restaurants. Our host, Lindsey, was very friendly and easy to communicate with and she provided...

“Terrific location, easy parking and access. Clean and updated. Comfortable and terrific layout for us, we had a handicapped person who needed ground floor entrance and first floor bed/bath. Laundry in unit and soft towels and blankets which is a plus. A few issues.... Our door code did not work, but the customer service answered immediatley and gave us a working code. There were several lights not working including kitchen and the stairs. We assumed it was bulbs becuase we checked the breaker....

“This quaint apartment was the delight of our latest trip to Southern Pines to spend the holidays with our family. Clean, full kitchen, separate bedroom, huge closet, tub with shower and even a washer dryer helped us to feel at home. Full size fridge was great! Two tvs that worked beautifully and a sweet LR space was cozy. Plenty of blankets and bedding and towels… Gated patio with lock made us feel even safer. We can’t wait to return.”

“Three granddaughters and I stayed here. Ages 10,12 and 14. We had a lot of fun walking downtown. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay here again.”

“Place is convenient to get to downtown Southern Pines as well as Pinehurst. Comfortly furnished with some nice touches such as the coffee and bar setup. would have preferred to having individual containers of the shampoo, soap etc. The full bath is shared between the two bedrooms. Nice to know before you go. Outdoor furniture needs a little love. I would stay there again. ”
