“Cute place! Seemed like emphasis was on the “nostalgia” rather than function. Since we needed to use the couch as a bed, a chair would have been welcome. Lack of space in the bathroom could easily be remedied with a shelf between the sink and mirror. Water level in the toilet was insufficient to flush. I understand the need to conserve water but the need to flush multiple times negates efforts to save water. We had to buy a plunger which we left on the premises. With a knee injury, I would have...

“We loved watching the hens peck and roam around this beautiful little horse farm and see the horses in their paddocks. The grounds were landscaped beautifully. The back patio was a lovely place to sit, relax, and take it all in. Linndsay prepared the nicest light gourmet breakfast. I'm still thinking about that pastry! This is a very convenient location, just a short drive to Southern Pines, Pinehurst, and Vass.”

“Serene and lovely convenient location in Southern Pines. Took my dog and we strolled around the grounds observing all the horse,chickens and squirrels. She loved it I loved it. Lindsey is a 5star baker and her breakfasts are delicious and very creative. I couldn’t help but relax and recharge. I needed the time too, I was playing golf 3 days in a row. Location was perfect for anything around Pinehurst and Sanford.”

“As soon as we pulled up to Tanglewood Farm, we noticed it beauty and charm. The cottage was perfect for us. We loved walking our dogs around the arenas and taking in the scenery. We would definitely love to stay here again and maybe bring our horses too!”

“Loved this apartment. Perfectly appointed and walkable to the village. Very quiet street. Nice outdoor deck area that is shaded by a huge tree. We enjoyed sitting outside. The beds were comfortable, the ice maker was full when we arrived, and the water pressure in the shower was great! These things are often overlooked in listings but make a big difference in the comfort of your stay. A+. We will definitely book this again!”

“The little apartment and location fit our needs for the U S Open. The owner told me we were the first short-term rental he had, so I tried to consider that. I think the biggest disappointment was the listing said there was a hot tub, there is not. How nice that would have been after a day walking around the golf course. All in all, it worked just fine. if fancy is not important to you, I would say rent it.”

“Place is convenient to get to downtown Southern Pines as well as Pinehurst. Comfortly furnished with some nice touches such as the coffee and bar setup. would have preferred to having individual containers of the shampoo, soap etc. The full bath is shared between the two bedrooms. Nice to know before you go. Outdoor furniture needs a little love. I would stay there again. ”
