We are snuggled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to downtown southern pines. Restaurants, shops, ice cream, breweries, and more are a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away! (cross Indiana Ave and turn left). Our home is stocked with amenities to help make your stay convenient and memorable. Such as a fully stocked kitchen, coffee station, comfortable beds, basic soaps and shampoos, hair dryer, toilet paper and fresh towels in the bathrooms, fresh linens on beds. (extras in the hall closet) We also have a pull-down ironing board & iron next to the washer and dryer, wireless internet, Roku TV, central heating and air, a fitness room, and a furnished back deck with a private woodsy view.
