Loft Cottage on Ridge<br>? Short & Extended Stays?

This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This loft unit has a private entrance from the top of the stairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, and shared laundry room downstairs in the back of the home. Unit features vintage kitchen! Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The TV is a smart TV and has access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others.

As listed
Property was exactly as listed, which always gets 5 stars from me. Check in was easy and communication quick. Property is walking distance to downtown Southern pines so was very convenient for attending an event in town. Neighborhood safe and property clean along with easy on site parking.

Great little apartment, great location.
A delightful little loft apartment in a perfect location. It had everything required for a month long stay while working in the area. Megan was fantastic with her communication, including suggestions for places to eat, drink, and things to see and do in the area. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Southern Pines.

Great Stay
We loved the aesthetic of the kitchen and overall enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. We were able to check in an hour early due to the good communication from Meghan. Highly recommend!

The cutest wee apartment in Southern Pines
This apartment was absolutely perfect for my week-long visit with my grandfather who lives in Penick Village. I could simply walk across the street! The apartment was tidy, funky and had all of the amenities - coffee, soap, laundry, tv, a/c. The residential neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe as a female traveling solo. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great weekend stay
My partner and I were in town for a horse show. We absolutely loved our time here. Great location and in walking distance of our favorite spots in Southern Pines. Our only complaint is that we didn’t know someone would be staying beneath us. We were a bit surprised when we returned late from dinner one night and someone was in our designated parking spot.
