“When we arrived at the hotel late Thursday evening, the front desk person was helpful and assisted us in getting a roll away cot for our room. When we opened the cot after he left the room, we found candy wrappers, stirring sticks and other trash in the fold. As we settled in, we noticed that the toilet was running and found that we could not get it to stop so we listened to that all night. We had trouble with the room keys working and had to go to the front desk several times to get them...

“We arrived late to the hotel to check in and was assigned a room. The gentleman that checked usbin wrote down the wrong room number. We went to the room number written on the card folder to find that our key card did not work and someone was already checked in to that room. Thankfully that person did not answer the door before we gave up and returned to the front desk. He gave us the wrong room number. Perhaps if the gentleman at the front desk was not fidgeting constantly he could have ficused...
