“Horrible hospitality. We asked at check-in if we could get a 45 min later check out the next day. They said sure just call in the morning. When we did they said there weren’t any more late check outs. They were incredibly rude and wouldn’t work with us at all. They continued to harass us until we did check out.”

When we checked in we were informed the heating element for both was out, so the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was chilly, but at least open. Okay, we can work with that. “Have always looked forward to staying at the LaQuinta's as the consistency of the experience is aways predictable and what degree of great. Not so much this time. Front desk people seemed so bored and unconcerned about life. As I always do upon reserving any hotel room is ask for 1st floor or close to the elevator.
