- Second floor: Guest Room #2 has a Queen bed, meadow and pool views, window unit AC, sleeps 2
- Second floor: Guest room #3 has bunkbeds (full upper and lower) + full daybed and trundle, creating an adorable dormitory with a secret hiding nook, desk, and a swing! Sleeps 3 adults or 5 children, max.
- Second floor full bathroom with walk-in shower is shared with Guest rooms 2 and 3.

- Living Room with wood burning fireplace, plenty of lux seating, SmartTV with Roku, French doors lead out to pool area
- Seasonal wood provided for fireplace
