“The rooms were so bad super filthy dirt and bugs on the floor the room had a terrible smell the ved sheets were dirty the bathtub was stained and disgusting everything was terrible the first room key didn’t work and gave us another one which is the one im talking about so disgusting we didn’t even stay left immediately the room had a connecting door to the next room too much noise it was so bad”

“Our stay was disappointing overall. Our first room was 83°F, and after an hour it had only cooled to 78°F. We were moved to another room, but had to pack everything up and bring it to the front desk, only to find the new room was just three doors down. It would have been much easier if we had simply been given the new room number. The ice machine was broken, the sink was extremely loose, the floors were dirty, and the “queen” beds were noticeably smaller than expected. The large bathroom only...

“Gym was closed. There’s no vending machines. The bedding on one bed was filthy and smelled like arm pits. The carpet was sticky and felt awful. Hair in shower. Only shower. Tub filler was stuck up. Reeked of skunk weed.”
