She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. “Room were clean but the bathtub needs a little more bit cleaning”

“The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also.”
