“Great property. This our third dive to this specific property and it again did not disappoint. We stay here when we go to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The staff was amazing, the parking is easy, and they tried to help accommodate my family and I to the best of their abilities. It was clean and well maintained. The parking is easy. There are lot of good restaurants and shopping areas around. We will be staying here again. ”

“This hotel is very quiet and clean. Although they were renovating, I didn't hear any construction work while I was there. I appreciated the friendly outdoor seating area at the entrance, which was a lovely spot to walk my furry friends; the neighborhood was peaceful with light traffic. The staff was welcoming and helpful. “Where to start…the initial issue was connecting to the WiFi, the instructions were vague and more importantly the WiFi network they said to use was not available. I called the support line, they gave me another WiFi network and password to try, neither worked. We did get connected after a few hours. Secondly, and more importantly every night we were there (4 total nights), either a non functioning wired smoke detector ( one room did not have one) went off, or the WiFi went out around 2:30 am...
