Capodanno 2023-2024

Gruppo di 11 amici ci siamo stati tutti nelle varie stanze della casa. Spazi comuni ampi e abbastanza bagni per un gruppo così grande. Purtroppo non abbiamo usato la piscina visto il periodo, ma d’estate è sicuramente un ottimo bonus per la casa. Vicinissima a Siena per una gita in giornata. L’host Luca molto gentile e disponibile. Unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la pulizia che potrebbe essere un po’ più attenta. Casa super consigliata per gruppi.

This was a perfect getaway for our family trip from Florence to Rome to relax, see Siena and read a book by the pool. We were greeted by Leticia upon arrival and she and Luca were always available with any questions we had. It was by far our favorite part of the trip and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Great Tuscany stay!

The apartment was lovely and the room arrangement worked perfectly for our family of 8. We enjoyed the pool; and we cooked two nights so the large round patio table was great. In addition, the host and his wife were extremely helpful in organizing a taxi for our departure which was greatly appreciated.

Great Property

We didn't spend too much time at the property but it was perfect. The a/c units worked great wand was able to accommodate our party of 7. The owner and his mother live in adjoining properties so they're very responsive if anything is needed. His mother was AMAZING with our daughter with special needs!

Amazing

What a wonderful place to stay and such kind hosts! I could not speak more highly of Lucas, his house, and his family. Easy communication with host and his wonderful mom even gave us a jar of homemade jam. The house is beautiful as is the garden (can it get more idyllic than eating cherries off a tree overlooking Tuscan countryside?). About a 20min walk or 5min drive into town where there are great restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location and home

I was under the impression that we were renting a single home for a party of 9, instead it is a large home divided Into three separate apartments. It worked out that were didn’t have neighbors while we were there and were able to enjoy the property and pool. Luca and his wife were very hospitable. The little town is just up the road and offer restaurants, and grocery stores. Nice place to relax and unwind. I will return.

Wunderschön und fast perfekt!

Unsere vier Tage in Lucas Wohnung waren wunderbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.Tolle, geräumige Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, traumhafter Blick vom Garten aus und ein schöner Pool plus Whirlpool zum Abkühlen.Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einwandfrei, so dass wir dort wunderbar kochen und essen konnten.Die Lage mit circa 15-20 Minuten Fahrt nach Siena ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Die einzigen, kleinen Makel waren, dass es auf der Terrasse leider keine Möglichkeit zur Beschattung gab (entgegen den Bildern im Internet auftritt), so dass man nur früh morgens oder am Abend dort am Tisch sitzen und essen konnte. Ansonsten war es zu sonnig und zu heiß auf der Terrasse.Und der Wasserfall im Pool funktionierte bei uns nicht, war defekt, was insofern schade war, da er das i-Tüpfelchen bei der Buchung war.Trotzdem: wir hatten wunderbare Tage und würden wiederkommen, auch wegen Lucas herzlicher Mutter, die direkt nebenan wohnt.

Ottima ubicazione in prossimità di Siena. Ad un'ora di auto si può arrivare a Firenze, a Arezzo, al mare zona Marina di Grosseto. Calma e con piscina a disposizione.

UNA VERA MERAVIGLIA

La Toscana è una terra particolare dire bella è riduttivo , lo stesso vale per la casa di Luca e Letizia ... sembra di vivere in una favola , una casa in campagna che della casa in campagna non ha nulla , è ricercata negli arredi , curata , pulitissima e meravigliosa . Noi siamo stati benissimo forse tre giorni sono pochi , perchè non vorresti andartene più per tornare alla realtà e uscire da questa favola . E' davvero una coccola noi e i nostri 4 figli siamo stati davvero benissimo . Nuotare in piscina in mezzo al Chianti senese ci rimarrà nel cuore . Grazie Luca e Letizia !!

the big family

Rientrati da un week end dove ognuno di noi ha lasciato un pezzetto di cuore in questo meraviglioso casale. Luca e Letizia due persone meravigliose , gentilissime e disponibilissime. Abbiamo trovato questi due appartamenti estremamente puliti , profumati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Un saluto particolare alla mamma di Luca che gentilissima ci ha portato le fragole per i bambini e un altro a William che in un baleno ha fatto amicizia con tutti. Grazie mille siete persone meravigliose , conoscervi è stato un vero piacere, a presto. Sonia & friend.

Perfect Siena Getaway

Luca and his family were amazing! They were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay! He arranged a rental vehicle for our family of 7 and gave us a day long tour of Siena and the surrounding area, including a lunch and wine tasting at his friends' winery. As others have mentioned, Luca is an architect by trade, and it is evident. He restored this villa and his workmanship and attention to detail is amazing! The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The land, views, and pool were beautiful. We only wish we could have stayed a few extra days to enjoy more time there. I would highly recommend renting out his villa! You will have a truly wonderful experience!

The best, best, best! Thank you Luca and family!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. Luca and his family made us feel very much at home. The property was clean and beautifully remodeled (the owner, Luca is an architect - and obviously a talented one). Luca arranged a riding lesson for our daughter and an awesome wine tasting lunch for the whole family - he went way above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the area and our stay, helping us find grocery stores, etc. We want to come back and stay longer! Can we give 6 or 7 stars?

Truly Tuscan hospitality

My husband and I stayed a month My husband and I stayed a month at Sovicille utilizing 1st Il Girasoli apt. and then moving to the larger Le Rose for the last week. Luca, our host, I called him the professor--since he provided the history and great detail to all things related to the area of Sovicille and Siena. We enjoyed an evening of Tuscan hospitality with the other guests at the villa provided by Lucia (Luca's mother) and sister Francesca...with a never ending display of homemade pizza, wine and vin santo. We even got a lesson in making pizza dough(Lucia's pizza dough is light as a feather and so delicious). Both apts. were well appointed with modern kitchens with plenty of glassware, dishes and appliances to satisfy any cooks needs. We truly felt at home. The Tuscan landscape view was spectacular as was the zero edge pool with water jets. The small town of Rocco a Pilli is within walking distance with a dynamite Bar/Pasticceria, Coop, and shops and Siena is only a 15 minute drive. Luca is a talented architect and the apartments show it--both are creative, spacious and comfortable. Overall, you can't go wrong staying at La Casa Vacanza. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Lovely apartment with perfect host!

Upon arrival we received extremely warm welcoming and our group of 12 persons was overwhelmed by the apartment, the terrace/pool area and the condition and facilities of the apartment. Our host was very helpful, for example taking us to this great winery/vineyard for tasting and tour. We had three rental cars, by which we travelled to see nearby cities and villages. This was a good arrangement since there is a lots of possibilities to explore and truly experience a piece of authentic Tuscany. I and We would like to recommend this beautiful apartment for any use, and especially with cars to explore the surroundings, since there is only a small town close to the apartment. There not a single flaw to be said about the apartment or the host. If the location suites your purposes then look no further!

Bel endroit et accueil chaleureux

Nous étions deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants), pour une location d'une semaine. La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée, la piscine très agréable (bains à remous, jet d'eau, douche), tout ceci dans un bel environnement. L'ensemble était très soigné. L'emplacement en campagne Toscane permet de bénéficier du calme et de la tranquillité. A proximité immédiate de Sienne et des sites touristiques du sud de la Toscane, il est toutefois possible de visiter sans faire trop de kilomètres l'ensemble des sites Toscans plus au nord (Florence, Pise etc.). Enfin, au delà de tous ces points, l'accueil des propriétaires est ce qui nous a le plus agréablement surpris. Luca et Letizia, nous vous remercions pour votre gentillesse, et vos conseils. Les enfants nous parlent encore des pizzas et des gâteaux qu'ils ont confectionné avec Lucia et Francesca ! Nous conseillons cette location sans hésiter et reviendrons volontiers.

Une expérience inoubliable!

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique demeure. Nos hottes: un jeune couple de professionnels c’est très bien occupé de nous. Le souper nous attendais à notre arrivé. Très chaleureux bienvenue! La maison est magnifique, bien située- très proche de Sienne. Pendant notre séjour nous avons visité Florence, Pise, Sienne, Padoue , Vérone . De notre retour après la journée de visite une magnifique piscine nous attendais. La maison est très propre, accueillante ainsi que le jardin autour. Proche de la maison vous pouvez faire des achats de la nourriture, ainsi que manger une pizza. Nous recommandons cette maison pour vos prochaines vacances! Maria, Stan avec des amis

Beautiful Villa & Lovely hosts!

Tuscany is such a beautiful region in Italy, and this villa was a great way to enjoy it! It is centrally located so it was an hours drive to places such as Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza etc. Even just spending a day at the Villa to relax and recover after a few days of exploring the region was a great way to spend our time in Tuscany. The villa was roomy with a full kitchen and plenty of rooms and beds. It was clean and had beatiful grounds; it is quite obvious the hosts take pride in their property. Would stay here again; and I hope we do!

Beautiful location in the heart of Tuscany

Great location next to a quaint town and close enough to the beautiful hill towns of Tuscany. Property was very well maintained and spacious enough to fit our family of 6. The lack of AC in the summer was an adjustment but the pool helped keep us cool.

Eindrucksvolle große Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Bitte beachten: die Ausstattung zum Kochen beinhaltet keine Gewürze etc (dies mag Coronabedingt gewesen sein). Leider ist der Pool (wenn man Kinder hat) nachts geschlossen; das ist sehr schade. Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Heerlijke vakantiewoning, fantastisch zwembad en schitterend uitzicht. Gastheer en vrouw zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Siena en andere dorpjes in de omgeving. Voor de fiets liefhebbers het huis ligt aan de Strade Bianche. Puntje van aandacht. Het sanitair kan wel een update gebruiken.
