Hotel vicino a Spa Belle La Vie - Tuscaloosa

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“Hotel is conveniently located and is still quiet. The hotel is well equipped. We did not have as many towels as would normally be in the room, but did not ask for extras as we were only there one night. The room was clean, but I have seen cleaner rooms.... you know..as clean as your house when you have guests, but not "professionally" spotless. Again, we didn't complain and we would gladly stay here again. ”

“Parking was great and location was easy to find. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to us upon arrival. We needed an accessible room. Although it was clean, the bed was very worn (sagging) and the odor from the bathroom was terrible. It smelled like the carpet was wet and the room smelled like there was mildew. We only stayed one night since we were leaving the area in the morning. If I stayed longer, I would have changed rooms. The breakfast was fine and...

“Clean property and helpful staff. But the entire 4th floor where our room was located had a strong smell of Weed! Plus the right side of the bed where the recliner was located had a strong smell of urine! We arrived late and super tired so didn’t feel like going downstairs to switch rooms. Also the hotel sign cannot be seen from the main road and was very hard to find, even for our GPS!!”
