“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 3 with our medium sized dog. Location was a big deal for us along with a comfy place to stay and this checked it. We were literally right across from the beach access (ie S 4th St) which allowed dogs on the beach at specified times. The only cons that we experienced were the following: 1) Parking- it is free but some beach goers were using complex’s parking spaces to avoid the paid public parking and using the outdoor shower facilities. “Great spot and such a clean room with literally everything you could need for a stay. The only thing we had trouble with was the outlets, most of them were connected to a light switch which isn’t convenient if you have a CPAP machine. ”

“We came to Cocoa Beach from Daytona & was completely impressed with this quiet little place. It was cute, modern & clean. It had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were fantastic & very helpful with questions about restaurants & surroundings, as were Coastal Beach agents. We will stay again & recommend to others.”
