“The stay went well, the rooms were spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The free parking was convenient. However, I didn’t have a good experience at check-in... I speak English quite well, but the girl at the reception spoke very quickly and didn’t help me understand what she was saying. I was very upset about it. It doesn’t reflect the typical American hospitality.”

“Our room was great. Surprised that housekeeping only comes every 3rd day and had to walk down to the front desk request clean towels and extra Kleenex on our 2nd day. There was trash and debris in the hallway of the 5th floor for a day and a half because there wasn’t daily housekeeping maintenance.
