“We had a 5-hour flight delay, so we checked in very late. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a spacious top-floor room with a beautiful view of the port and ships. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well. We found hair around the room, an open cookie beside the bed, worn-out towels, ants in the toilet and shower area, and an unpleasant odor. “Safe, quiet and comfortable. Location is very convenient, just off I95 and close to the Space Center Room was nice, bed was comfortable Breakfast offered a good variety and if you prefer, Cracker Barrel is right across the street (easy walk across a very quiet street) The only thing I can criticize is I was asked to log into my Hulu a count to watch a show. “The stay went well, the rooms were spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The free parking was convenient. However, I didn’t have a good experience at check-in... I speak English quite well, but the girl at the reception spoke very quickly and didn’t help me understand what she was saying. I was very upset about it. It doesn’t reflect the typical American hospitality.”

“Habitación limpia, no utilicé el desayuno incluido pero cené en el roof restaurant y muy buena atención, comida deliciosa, las bebidas cocktail del bar son ricas. Personal pico atento para resolver mi problema de conexión a Internet, tuve que bajar 3 ocasiones para que me pudieran conectar mi teléfono. En general es un buen hotel y cerca de Kennedy Space Center. Reservè con vista al río pero me dieron lo opuesto por eso bajaría su puntuación al atender las solicitudes de los clientes.”
