“Great location in middle of town. Few places to walk to eat nearby. Big spacious condo large rooms & bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. It is only 2 bedrooms rooms No pull out couches. It did have an air mattress if you have more guests. With blankets if needed. Great location, great price”

“Had a wonderful time, the unit was very nice, clean, modern and had many amenities, the washer/dryer was a perfect touch! Quiet area and so close to the beach, only one block to the sand and a short walk to the pier or jetty park.I would recommend to any smaller family. Beautiful long balcony and I was very satisfied. “Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. ”
