“This motel is a throwback to those I remember staying at as a kid when we'd go to the beach. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and economical. Louie was at the desk when i checked in and checked out, and he couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating and informative. The attatched diner is a perfect fit, with great food and hospitable staff. Kudos to all involved!”

“This property was truly perfect for our family this past weekend in Cocoa. I was there for the Space Coast Triathlon, so I had gear with me, along with my wife and five children. The photos did not do justice to how spacious the place is. If you have kids, lots of gear with you, or both (LIKE ME), then this place is a must.Entering through the back, there is a large laundry and play room, with tons of toys for the kids, and easily accessible laundry machines with soap packets provided. “This place was wonderful for our large group to stay! There were plenty of options within walking distance to eat. The beach was within walking distance on nice quiet streets. The pool area was beautiful & private. We had a great relaxing evening & would definitely stay here again! ”

“Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall”
