Case in affitto a Spanaway

“Perfect setup for a family of 4. Central location and good amenities.”

“Our VRBO was double booked. The VRBO app showed my inbox was empty but when I clicked “contact host” to ask the host how we should check in, a message popped up that the listing was double booked. We were already driving there when I saw the message. It was stressful trying to find another place to stay. I don’t understand why the booking wasn’t canceled when the host realized it was double booked. I had the address and everything. VRBO covered our stay at a hotel that weekend but it was very...

“A WONDERFUL HOME in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of driveway parking . You can tell immediately so much thought was put into making this home warm, cozy and inviting inside and out. The furnishings are very comfortable throughout. The large open concept living room and kitchen with plenty of light and large windows exudes a calm relaxing ambiance. The kitchen has very nice appliances and great counter space. The bedrooms are large with comfy king beds and very nice...

“We really enjoyed our short stay at this cute, charming home! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. Since it’s an older home, there are some narrow stairs and creaky floors, which added to its charm but are worth knowing about. The basement bedrooms did have a slight musty basement smell, but overall the house was comfortable and had...

“This tiny home was super cute and cozy. We had never stayed in a tiny home before and we’re just staying for one night. I’m so happy that we tried it out. I appreciated breakfast and coffee recommendations. We would stay again, thank you!”

“This property was immaculately clean and cozy. It is on a private gravel drive between streets. The instructions for the space were clear and concise. Of note, if you are traveling in anything larger than a Jeep would require backing out down the drive to leave as you will not have enough space to turn around. ”

“We had an amazing stay at the property. Very large and spacious, with great amenities. We hope to return at some point!”

“This rental was everything you could ask for. The host was extremely easy to work with, very quick to respond to messages and work through plans, and the house was furnished with everything you could ask for. Absolutely would recommend for a stay in Tacoma”

“Great house and great location. Quiet and private. There was an issue with an alarm that went off 2 of the 3 nights we were there. First night we couldn’t access breaker and it rang for 2 hours. 2nd night it happened thankfully the property manager had left access to the breaker and we were able to shut it off right away. Other than that house was great and equipped with spices and everything for cooking. Could be a little more organized in terms of drawers and cabinets but really that’s just me...

“Clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Had all we needed for our stay. Gracious host. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.”

“It was as advertised. We were 14 people from 3 generations and had a family reunion. It was good home and close to a lot of things we can do as activities. The communication was prompt and responses were quick”

“Cute home in a nice central location. Great communication from the host. Very clean and comfortable.Thank you!”
