Location is great next to metro stop and restaurants. Hotel staff was kind. Room was very clean. There's an Amazon locker too. Unfortunately, our room had an air conditioner that was slightly less loud than a jet engine. There was also a constant buzzing sound in the bathroom. Walls are thin and you could hear people talking in the adjacent room. Twice during our stay there was a pool party upstairs, which could be heard 6 floors below. The shower in the room has only two temperatures: boiling and ice cold with nothing in between. One nightstand lamp did not work. Breakfast was a bit limited. Room 311.

My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.
