“The evening front office staff (Al) was extremely helpful in getting us settled in our room even though we had a very late check in (around 12:30 AM). He waited for us even though the front desk officially closes at midnight. The room was well lit and very clean. The amenities provided were more like a higher star rated hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.”

“Breakfast was nothing to be desired. I've stayed at other hotels with a full breakfast. Here is was just like snacks for as much as you pay you would expect More. But it was clean nice staff. Bed a little uncomfortable but clean.”

“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”
