Elegante casa su 2 piani dal design elegante nello splendido quartiere storico di Converse Heights, Spartanburg. Accogliente casetta ristrutturata di recente (completata a settembre 2018) con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni privati completi e 2 zone soggiorno. Meticolosamente progettato e rinnovato dall'host. Il cottage si trova a soli 2 isolati dal Converse College, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Spartanburg e 2 miglia dai principali centri commerciali.

Premiata casa in stile Designer per chi ha un occhio all'estetica classica degli interni. Questo cottage su 2 piani professionalmente costruito su misura comprende 2 camere da letto complete con materassi memory foam da 12 pollici (tecnologia gel di raffreddamento), aree relax private con letto a due letti e Smart TV montate (Netflix e Amazon Prime Video disponibili!). Concetto di pavimento in legno massello applicato al soggiorno arredato in modo confortevole. Il cottage comprende anche 2 bagni completi, uno dei quali presenta un pavimento per doccia in legno brasiliano simile alla sauna, mentre l'altro presenta un pavimento per doccia in pietra ghiaiosa. Lavatrici / asciugatrici completamente operative internamente! E, ultimo ma certamente non meno importante, la cucina moderna di dimensioni standard è stata completamente rinnovata, con una gamma di cucine professionali e una serie di moderni servizi di cottura disponibili per tutte le esigenze di consumo domestico!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Leo was an outstanding host and provided numerous ammenities, including fresh flowers. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. A wonderful stay and we'll definitely look forward to a return visit.

This cottage is very creatively constructed with wonderful attention to detail and good taste. It is immaculately clean and organized and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think to need and lots of extra touches, like bedside chocolates, fresh flowers and reading materials. Leo always provides a great stay at his super cute house!! We love the lay out!! More amenities than a hotel for sure!!! Boujee coffee pot!! Super soft sheets!! Perfect place to stay while at Wofford as it is close to campus. Leo was nearby all weekend to answer any questions! We will definitely be back!

I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are ever in the Spartanburg area, you should rent this beautiful cottage! Our family recently stayed here while touring a college, and we were beyond pleased with this lovely home. Leo was an amazing host; he ensures your happiness from the beginning to the end of your trip. Additional Pros: House is very clean, well stocked, has everything you need! Home is located near all colleges, some you can walk to and others are a quick drive Near downtown but nestled in a quiet neighborhood Beautifully decorated and has everything you would have in the comfort of your own home. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

The cottage was perfect! The location was right across from the school.. the neighborhood is beautiful! The cottage was fully equipped with snacks & beverages to get us unpacked before we hit the actual grocery store! Everything was well thought out and impeccable! We were able to move our daughter in all morning and made it back to the cottage to freshen up before the goodbye ceremony!
