Romantica residenza storica con grande terrazza panoramica e tramonti mozzafiato

In immobile del '600, la proprietà, alla quale si accede tramite un ingresso suggestivo, è valorizzata da una grande terrazza a livello, arredata, che apre sull'ampia vallata nella quale si affacciano Spoleto, Assisi, Bastia Umbra, Bevagna, Castel Ritaldi, Trevi, Montefalco e Perugia.
La Residenza, i cui soffitti a volta regalano atmosfere romantiche e accoglienti, è impreziosita da elementi d'arredo ricercati, è caratterizzata da un ampio quanto particolare salotto colonnato con divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo, cucina open fornita di tutto il necessario per un 'fai da te' culinario di qualità (lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e fornetto elettrico) dal quale si accede direttamente alla terrazza. Una grande camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia completano l'offerta di charme.
All'esterno anche un piccolo locale lavanderia con lavello e lavatrice.
Siamo eco-friendly... Al Belvedere l'energia elettrica è 100% da fonti rinnovabili! :-)

Appartamento arredato con gusto, fornito di tutto l'occorrente, letto extra large e comodo. Terrazza superlativa per il relax. Manuela molto gentile ed accogliente. Questa breve vacanza è stata un' immersione nella bellezza e nella pace.

Un tuffo nel Medioevo

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni durante le vacanze natalizie in questa suggestiva abitazione, con una terrazza da cui si gode un panorama stupendo. La casa e' molto ben attrezzata, il soggiorno e' stato molto confortevole anche per il ns cane che ha trovato ciotole e cuccia al suo arrivo! This was a magical place. This was our favourite by far. Manuel’s is the sweetest host and was full of information. It has everything you need. We miss that view of Spello. It’s super private and quiet. We will be back

AMAZING STAY!

Honestly we were so happy with our stay in this gorgeous home in Spello. I have no doubt that if we return to Italy, we will return to Spello and hopefully stay here again. The view from the patio was unreal and the accommodation itself was very charming. Our check in process was great, the host was so lovely with showing us around and getting us settled in. We could not recommend this stay enough.

A charming hidden gem...put this on your MUST STAY list!

I'm having trouble finding the words to describe our stay! The location is breathtaking, the residence was so full of history and charm. Manuela had everything you could ask for to have the perfect stay. She was also a wealth of information about the area, where to eat, shop, explore. The view...amazing. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay in Spello

This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello..

The right spot

I’m quite picky when I choose places. This was a good pick. There is plenty of space, the outdoor area is perfect, the location was superb. The bathroom is small, but so was every bathroom that we stayed in while in Italy, even high end hotels. Manuela, so kindly met us late at night to show us our accommodation and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I hope to go back.

Wonderful property, beautiful town, great host

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was really well presented, has wonderful views, clean, quiet and has everything you could need. The location well positioned to explore Spello and also access our car. There was free car parking close to the property outside the ZTL. The host, Manuela, made us feel so welcome. She was friendly, helpful, very responsive and provided great information to get the most out of our visit. Manuela even invited to participate in the petal picking with the locals in preparation for Infiorata (Festival of Flowers). We definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had a major flight delay and inability to reach hostess due to cell phone issues. She patiently waited for us and warmly welcomed us despite our 4 hour late arrival/inability to communicate with her. We entered this beautifully, appointed flat with the best Western view of Spello/Umbrian plain for our 8 day stay. The location was perfect! We walked to restaurants/grocery stores etc every day. We purchased fresh fruit and vegetables at the market. We enjoyed being on the top of Spello. The aqueduct hike to Collopino was great! We did have a car and made day trips to Assisi, Orvieto and surrounding area. Don’t miss the Spello mosaic museum. Beautiful area and lovely rental. We enjoyed our stay.

Unique Accommodation, Gorgeous Umbria

Greeted by host upon arrival? who helped with luggage and explained the ins and outs of the property and neighborhood. Very gracious and warm welcome. Apartment is fabulous, in ancient building, kind of like a stone hobbit cottage, very quiet, private and safe. Just delightful.

Best rental ever

There is no way there is a better rental experience within 100 miles. The most beautiful view and unbelievably stunning apartment. Perfect for 2. Wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2. Manuela was so pleasant and very helpful.

Enchanting Medieval Village

Perfect location at the top of the village with amazing views. Hostess Manuela was friendly with brilliant English and a great sense of humour. Due to thickness of the walls the rooms were cool even in the 40oC heat. A fan would be useful for that excessive temperature to ensure circulation of air. Terrace has afternoon sun so is hot. Love Spello and it’s inhabitants. Great place to stay

Spectacular views!

We had such an amazing time in Spello. The apartment was more beautiful than the pictures and the sunsets we experienced on the terrace were breathtaking!!! Spello magic

What a magical place Spello is, and this property must be one of the best. The patio is huge with wonderful views over the valley and towards Perugia. If you are unlucky enough to have poor weather, the inside is also a good size, but we spent very little time there. We were in Spello with another couple staying nearby, and we frequently used the grill to dine together with the view - plenty of room for that, although the restaurants are also excellent. Manuela and Antonio were super helpful and speak excellent English. They live nearby, so were always available if we needed anything. We certainly hope to return.

Large Terrace with Spectaclular Views

Comfortable apartment with a large private terrace and spectacular views. Directions were difficult to follow and we had to have the property manager meet us and actually direct us to the piazza near the apartment so we could unload our luggage and then find available parking outside the walls of the town. The location inside the walls of old Spello had pluses such as proximity to amenities such as restaurants and historical ambience but also a negative regarding distance to and availability of parking. The shower was a bare minimum curtain enclosing a small area with poor drainage in front of the bidet and a pallet style platform to elevate you off the floor of the bathroom. During the weekdays there was undisclosed construction going on next door with a very noisy tile saw making an incredible racket and making it impossible to enjoy the terrace while the construction noise was occurring. After notifying the property manager of the noise, he spoke to the owner of the property and the work was limited to beginning after 8 am and since we were usually gone in the later morning and afternoon, it remediated the issue for us. We really appreciated the small notes left throughout the apartment by Manuela to provide advice/information regarding the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the property managers, Anthony and Manuela, were pleasant and responsive to our requests and I would not hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend the property for location and ambience.

Wonderful apartment in a charming town

This was our second stay here - we love the cozy, charming apartment and the nice view from the patio. Manuela is a wonderful host and the town of Spello is beautiful. We will return again!

Fantastic Spello Vacation

I spent 6 nights in Spello at this wonderful apartment and could easily have stayed longer. It was in the best location in town, close to everything, but on a quiet street. the apt was comfortable and well equipped with a fantastic outdoor patio and gorgeous view. Manuela was a lovely hostess. Checking in was easy and Manuela came to see me off at the end of my stay. Spello was the perfect town to stay in, it is so pretty and quaint, and also a great base camp to visit surround towns. Would recommend this apt to everyone.
