“Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳”

“Hotel indicato per famiglie, ė strutturato intorno alla grande piscina, di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Camera complessivamente confortevole anche se bisognosa di qualche intervento di rinnovo e soprattutto di maggiore pulizia. Il primo giorno non ė stato effettuato il riassetto della camera. Colazione discreta in un un contesto migliorabile in termini di organizzazione del spazi e di ordine. Non ci ritorneremmo.”

“We had trouble finding the property in the dark. Once we were oriented, we enjoyed the location and proximity to the esplanade. In the unit, the washer/dryer combo did not work well, the shower left much of the bathroom floor wet and we could have used additional towels. We never heard from or met the hosts during our stay.”

“Location was very convenient with plenty of dining options within a few minutes walk. Easy access to the beach. The under cover parking was a bit tight, but easy enough with a mid-sized SUV. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. The kitchen was suitable and reasonably well equipped, however most of the mugs had chipped edges. We mentioned this the property manager and had a new set of mugs provided without any issues. Bathroom was spacious and had a really...

“It was clean and everything we needed in place. False fridge cabinet door panel needs a couple of screws, but likely oversight from last clean up. Will very likely stay here again in future.”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“Great size apartment and fab balcony overlooking beach and promenade. Perfect location in the middle of oromonade Helpful staff. Enjoyed all facilities everything kept very clean and gardens manicured. Pool and surrounds a bit sad but clean so was fine. ”

“We would recommend avoiding booking here if you are relying on the advertised shuttle service from the airport. What they do a poor job of communicating is that the shuttle service they have costs $200 and must be booked 48hrs in advance. As another heads up to anyone who this may effect who are booking soon: the pool was quite unclean during our stay and the spa was run down with no schedule to repair it. All of this said, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly.”
