“Main Pool, Gym and Bar were under maintenance however, make shift arrangements were available. I would have preferred if this was informed at the time of booking. Apart from this, Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant crew were fablulous and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. ”

“Rooms were outdated, and the washrooms had poor ventilation with a foul drain smell. Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another. Third room was on first floor which had a minimal coastal view. The hotel said the bookings came through separately and couldn’t place us together, which was disappointing on a family trip. “Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

“De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. ”

“Bedsheets were not changed before our arrival. We had to ask twice for them to be changed. Room was comfortable but not clean. Attention to detail would make the stay that much more enjoyable. ”
