“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist.
