“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. “Booked 7 nights at the resort. Left after 6 The first 5 were pleasant. Other than breakfast there were no other options available. One had to walk a few minutes to the main street to local restaurants. We were told it was the off season so everything was shut. The 5th evening though was when disaster hit. A group of 12 noisy individuals occupied rooms around us. There was much yelling and screaming on all sides. There seemed to be no staff to try and curtail the noise. I finally ventured out...
