“Sprawling property, well maintained. Some renovations were underway while we were there but not too much of a hindrance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet spread had a good range and also catered for dietary restrictions like gluten free etc. Food and service across the restaurants was generally pretty decent. Areas for improvement are probably in entertainment for kids. Kids club and the coral lounge had limited activities. ”

“Restaurants did not meet expectations. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night. There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. ”

“Bathtub was dirty with black spots; shower curtain was dirt and with molded stains at the lower part; no face towel; only provided bath towels but they were gray instead of white. Someone locked my door in middle of night, scary to death.”

“From the security officers to the front desk staff & the all other staff at various sectors were friendly, alert & always in smile. - The security officers are great, always looking out around the premise's to ensure safety & render help whenever needed. On 1 night both my female guests returned to hotel near midnight, a security officer took the effort to escort them to the lift lobby to ensure they are safe. - The small issues was that 1 of my guest's room key was not functioning well & needed...
