“It is self check in. No staff other than a housekeeper. Lounge isn't stocked with anything useful after the breakfast. Dumpsters are a mess with animals dragging food from dumpster out into parking lot. My vehicle got broken into and all of my debit/credit cards were stolen. Noticed that there were many people using the property like a park and ride. There is a liquor store and restaurant/bar at the property that seemed popular. “The chalet had charm. The one complain I have is that they messed up my reservations. i had booked two rooms and I called to confirm the day off and they told me that i only had one room. I showed them my credit card charges that showed two rooms were charged for. I had to scramble to find another hotel and ended up costing me close to $400 for the night and turned out it was a lousy hotel. It was rated 5 out of 10 but in the rush to get the room i totally missed the ratings.
