“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.”

“The bed wasn't bad but could be better. The bath was very good. But the carpet didn't look clean. We were checked in to our room 220 while cleaners were still busy cleaning it. Even though we offered to remain outside while they finished the work the Spanish ladies who did not speak or understand English just packed their stuff and left.
