“The presidentail suite is definitely "paradise on the beach" as advertised. Unit was well stocked and comfortable--lots of towels, pillows, and even an extra comforter if it got cool. The outside sitting area is wonderful--comfortable Muskoka chair and the beautiful view of the Port Elgin beach and sunsets.”

“I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. “The whole property is run down and not kept properly. The carpets are old and smelly. There’s an old tobacco smell. When we went to the room assigned to us our allergies started acting up and there was no safety lock in the room. It looked like it had been removed.
