“Most staff were very nice one pretty girl would not smile for the life of her. Our balcony doors would not lock which seemed to be a little bit of a safety issue. There was no fan in our room. It was very hot. We had to call and request one. Only one night table in that room the set up of the room seems to be very small compared to our friends room. That was there. Parts of the building definitely seemed like they are falling apart.”

“Super nice hotel in downtown Monterey Bay! Loved that it was walking distance to a lot of things. Parking was either valet or self park. We did self park which is in a structure for the hotel. Next block over so easy to get to. Amenities were ok. We wished there was a refrigerator in the room. Staff were super nice and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. ”

We originally chose it because it’s so dog-friendly, with great grassy areas that make traveling with our pups easy and enjoyable. “Carino, Manca ascensore per salire con le valigie, troppa polvere su moquette, tappeto e cuscineria sopra il letto. Mancanza di finestre in camera e nel bagno. Presente solo un piccolo lucernario in alto, impossibile aprire là finestra, Letto a molle molto scomodo. Non vale il Prezzo ”

“The AC didn’t work properly, and there was no tea maker in the room. The staff did not walk us to the room, which was unexpected. The bathroom was not clean, and there was no hot water In the restaurant, However, when we asked the reception about the hot water, they fixed it quickly. We missed the first night of our reservation, and although I was hoping for some adjustment, they said no changes could be made, which I understand. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here...

“La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta , il personale è stato gentile , è una casa in stile che a noi personalmente non ha fatto impazzire , anche la colazione non era molto curata, la posizione è comoda per visitare la zona . Non mi è piaciuta molto la risposta del titolare , penso quando ho visto che meta del parcheggio era inagibile e l'altra metà occupata, lui mi ha risposto che potevo parcheggiare fuori dal parcheggio gratuitamente. Per il resto è andato tutto bene ”

“This is a brand new property, everything is clean and the design is lovely. Our only observations are that our room still smelled like new construction/paint. Obviously that's temporary. Our "premium" room was also directly on a street that had street parking and as a result was very noisy with cars coming and going. Others will have a different experience staying elsewhere in the hotel.”
