“Tv dont have hdmi socket for our amazon fire stick, that was litteraly our only problem, we assumed they would have as they had flat screen tvs. So we was unable to watch anything of an evening.”

“Friendly welcome. The hotel was very convenient for the botanical garden and palace., and also an easy 20 minute walk to harbour restaurants. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a sea view room but I have to admit the sea was rather distant! Would certainly recommend.”

“Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!”

“Alles bestens 😊😊😊😊Nur zu empfehlen. Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Balkon. Das Hotel befindet sich in absoluter strandnähe. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Es gab auch einen Themenabend. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub. ”

“Vi var en familie på 9 personer fordelt på 3 værelser med udsigt mod skoven. Vi fik en god behandling ved ankomst. Fik hurtigt vist vores værelser, som var rene og pæne ift. en 3 stjernes hotel. Man kan godt se at hotellet er fra 80'erne, men stadigvæk pænt og rent. Hotellet er familievenlig og ligger dirkte på stranden som er velligholdt og er virkelig smukt sted. Man har engang til flere pools. Personalet på hotellet er meget venlige og snakkesaglige. Ved angår maden, havde vi valgt all...

“Senelerdir Albena da kongreye katıldığımızdan bu sene ekonomik olması dolayısıyla Kompası seçtik tepede bir otel olduğundan yürüme açısından sıkıntı yaratmakta. albenadaki diğer otellere kıyasla temizliğe nerede ise hiç önem verilmemekte, çarşaflar 4 gün sonunda değiştirildi, havlular keza öyle , yerleri silmeği temizlik olarak algıyan bir yçnetim var. restrantda tüm tabaklar bardaklar yumurta kokuyordu, bulaşık yıkanmasıda bir sorun diye düşünüyorum. “Overall a pretty decent hotel and for the price the whole package was 8/10. My notes would be- 1- staff- pretty rude and unhelpful on the whole and mostly dont speak any english. 2- food- reasonable but they seem to have some obsession with boiled chicken wings. Generally acceptable though. 3-room- clean and comfy. 4- location- good with easy access to their own beach. The thing that really bothers me is the plastic glasses. “Very dirty place. Disgusting bathroom, old and dirty. We staid in the hotel for seven nights , they never cleaned our room. Only changed the towels once. Never cleaned the floor not changed the linen. We will never stay in this hotel again. ”
