“Excellent location being close to both the airport and right on top of a shopping mall (with premium outlet shops) and subway station. Yet, the rooms are very quiet and the bedding excellent. The only thing I d point out is that the furniture felt a little worn out, but you really have to look to find out. Overall a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. “The room is great. I don’t mind older rooms as long as they’re clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the air‑con vent cover and bathroom fan cover were very clean — many hotels overlook those areas. The only downside was the bathroom sink. There is visible mould along the top seal, noticeable in the mirror reflection, which made us uncomfortable using it. The toilet is also quite old and the flushing is not very strong.”

“The room was clean. The host was very helpful with instructions on how to get to around. There’s a short walk from the main to the guesthouse. Despite the ongoing construction, we had no trouble finding it. Short, but pleasant stay. Would recommend.”

“Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help.”

“通常のスタンダード2ベットルームをリクエストして予約していたが、アサインされた部屋は1ベットルームで車椅子の方が使用するバスタブの無い部屋だった。エキストラベットを入れてもらったが、アクセシブルルームで気分も下がりました。バスタブが欲しくてハリウッドホテルを選んだためアクセシブルルーム以外が良かったです。”
