“I will be very objective. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower and sink barely water coming out. I had to ask for maintenance to come and check it out. They did their best: very run down it seems like ut was a wonderful property back in the day but it felt like was totally abandoned. Staff looked unhappy. They never greeted us. I had to keep asking how are you.!! Breakfast was ok but felt understaffed and overwhelmed. ”

“Upon check in we did not get any info if there is wifi, they didn’t tell us that the hotel lobby doors are locked past a certain hour. So we might have not been able to get into our room. Rooms were small and very out of date. Not clean. ”

“A nôtre arrivée la chambre semblait propre mais avec une forte odeur à désinfectant, il a fallu que j'ouvre les portes et la fenêtre de la toilette pendant quelques heures pour que l'odeur se dissipe un peu, cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant nôtre séjour de 3 nuits! Mêmes servillettes et mêmes draps les 3 jours et la corbeille à papiers dans la toilette était pleine à craquer car personne venait pour nettoyer la.chambre. Le personnel etait aimable et les déjeuners étaient bons. ”

“Besides the no hot water, no shampoo, and the fact that my window opened up to where the sheets were hung (not much natural light), the room was fine. AC worked well! Electricity only went out twice for a very short time. Internet WiFi was weak but I could still hop on calls if the camera was turned off. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
