“Great resort on the beach, amazing pool service. Sadly the menu at the beach is very limited and therefore if you are stay a few days its repetitive. Showers have mold and check in took 1 hour when it’s pretty straight forward. Go to Taghazout bay for gelato and crepes and marimoto at the fairmount for supper. The spa was incredible Khadija was an amazing hairdresser and so lovely.”

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my experience even better. The gym was amazing, and the pool and surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoyed my room—it was comfortable, stylish, and a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“We arrived very late due to issues with our plane landing . The concierge was so lovely and upgraded our room . She was very friendly and made us tea. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace . ”

“Het was de vierde keer dat we er gingen, dus slecht is het niet maar nu was het niet proper. We verbleven er 4 dagen en gedurende de ganse 4 dagen was de vloer van de eetruimte/living niet proper. De kamer gelukkig wel. Iets mindere ervaring nu maar voor de prijs nog ok.”

Y pidíamos entrar a partir de las 24h30' 2 h. espera...:Recurrimos a un policía de la vecindad, quien , muy amable, llamó por teléfono y tras una larga espera, apareció el encargado. NO se les había comunicado nuestra llegada. Tiene que ser un error por parte de Hoteles España,com, dedujimos... Comprobaron que Sí teníamos nuestra reserva, pagada ya, para 3 noches. A partir de entonces todo fue muy Bien. Esperamos que Hoteles...

“Tutti perfetto, per standard marocco, ma sulla spiaggia i dromedari intanto che aspettano i turisti per far fare lo i giretti, defecano sulla spiaggia e questa te la trovi praticamente sutto i piedi, esattamente davanti alla spiaggia dell’albergo.”
